Let the Bidding War Begin! CSU SAAC to Host “Date Auction”

Columbus – The Columbus State University Student-Athlete
Advisory Committee invites you to attend the first-ever CSU
Student-Athlete "Date Auction.” The event will take
place on Thursday, February 23rd beginning at 8:00 p.m. and lasting
roughly an hour and a half. Scott Miller will serve as the
emcee as the auction will take place in the Lumpkin Center.
All proceeds that are raised will go towards the Make-A-Wish
Foundation during their “Week of Wishes.”
A night of laughter, fun, and food is being planned, so we hope you are able to join us! Admission is $1, but we encourage you to bring some extra change to get in on the bidding yourself! Bids will start at $1 and increase by $.50 increments.
We have challenged 21 student-athletes to come up with creative ways to get the highest bids in raising money for such a wonderful cause, while keeping it appropriate, of course. Each participant and winning bidder will be treated to a group "date," hosted by SAAC, on February 25 after the men's basketball game in the President's Club.
