Jason is a junior first baseman in his first year at CSU...Transfers from Southern Union State CC in Wadley, AL...Played 2 years for coach Joe "Jabbo" Jordan...He hit .443 with 16 home runs, 23 doubles, and  26 stolen bases last year...Was named All-State  first team in ACCC...Was also first team All-State as a freshman with a .364 batting average.

High School: Graduate of Banneker High School in College Park, GA...Two sport athlete in baseball and football.

Personal: Son of Gary and Janice Rogers...Likes listening to music and playing football anf basketball in his spare time...Lists Albert Pujols as his favorite athlete...Favorite food is lasagna...Would like to try skydiving one day...His parents have had the most influence on him.
