Columbus State Men's Golf Honored to Have Particpated in GOLF 9/12
Columbus – The Columbus State University men's golf team participated in GOLF 9/12, an event that served to remember the events that happened on September 11, 2001 and also to reflect on the shared spirit of unity felt on September 12, 2001. The event took place at the County Club of Columbus and in many different cities around America.
Columbus State University head men's golf coach Mark Immelman, his wife Tracy Martin-Immelman and the CSU men's golf team assisted in the planning and execution of the event was. Mark's brother, Trevor, the 2008 Masters champion also attended the event.
"America is such a blessing to us and to the rest of the world" Mark Immelman said. "To participate in an event like is such a honor and I want to thank everyone who took part in it."
