Dr. Judy Favor holds the school record for the highest winning percentage in Columbus State University softball history, roaming the Cougar dugout from 1993 to 1999. During her tenure, CSU appeared in five NCAA regionals and produced 20 All-Peach Belt Conference selections, six All-Americans and two Peach Belt Conference Players of the Year. The Cougars earned their first national ranking under the watch of Favor and won 40 or more games in each of her final two seasons. She was twice named the Peach Belt Conference Coach of the Year (1995 & 1999) and held a 276-89 career record.
