Transferred to Columbus College in 1984 and tied for first place in the Dixie Intercollegiate. Won the 1985 NCAA Division II National Championship with rounds of 70-71-72-73. Named NCAA Division II All-American. Won the 1985 Dixie Intercollegiate at Bull Creek, The Tampa Winter Invitational and the Greenlife Invitational. Finished second in the 1986 NCAA Division II National Championship helping Columbus College to a second place finish. Named to the NCAA Division II All-American team.
