Jason Rogers left his mark on the Columbus State University baseball program in just one season. In 2010, Rogers hit 26 home runs to tie the Peach Belt Conference and CSU single season record to help the Cougars to the NCAA Southeast Regional and the Peach Belt Conference Tournament title. In that season, he was second at the NCAA DII level with 193 total bases and drove in 86 runs to go along with a .869 slugging percentage. Rogers made history on September 2, 2014, becoming the first former Cougar to appear in a Major League Baseball game for the Milwaukee Brewers. He appeared in 117 games in the majors over three seasons.
