Baseball

Played on school’s first three senior college baseball teams (1970-72). Had a .315 career average for 107 games. Hit .335 in his senior season. Led 1971 team in home runs and tied for the RBI lead. Won team’s Sportsmanship Award all three years. Won the Gene Waldron Award in 1971 for All-Around Excellence among NAIA athletes nationwide.
