Yandel Brown was a two-time All-American at Columbus State University leading the Cougars to the NCAA tournament in both of his years at CSU.  Yandel was the Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year for the 2004/05 season and was named PBC Tournament MVP for 2005.  He earned 1st team All-PBC honors for two years, and he set eight PBC records. He also set fourteen CSU records which include: most points scored in a game and a season, highest scoring average in a season and career, most 3-point field goals made in a game and a season, and most free throws made in a season.  Brown ranks second on the all-time Columbus State University scoring list with 1604 points.
