Four straight Bobcat free throws began the quarter to make it a 37-30 margin, but two buckets by Madi Phillips pushed CSU's lead back to 12, 44-32, with 7:12 to play. GC had one final comeback attempt left as Keyonna Wesley scored the next five points to bring GC within seven again. The lead would remain at seven, 46-39, before Columbus State iced the game with a 14-2, thanks to going 10-for-12 at the free throw line over the final three minutes.
