Morrow, Ga. - The Columbus State University women's basketball team cruised past Clayton State University 76-56 on the road Saturday afternoon. The Lady Cougars improved to 13-9 (6-6 PBC) while Clayton fell to 10-10 (4-8 PBC).
Columbus State got off to a quick start, winning the first quarter 19-11 and didn't look back. The Cougars won every quarter and finished strong in the fourth, scoring 24 points.
Four Lady Cougars' scored in double-digits with
Imani Arnold leading CSU with 19 and adding six rebounds.
Chrisalyn Boston recorded her seventh double-double, racking up 21 rebounds and scoring 15 points.
Alycia Reese added 13 points and Olonna scored 12.
The Lady Cougars will travel to Americus, Ga. on Wednesday, Feb. 16 for a PBC matchup against Georgia Southwestern State University at 5:30 p.m.
