ORLANDO, Fla. - The fifth-ranked Columbus State University women's tennis team took on top-ranked Barry University and fell 7-0 on Sunday at the USTA Training Center in Orlando, Fla.

Mariana Ramirez were down 4-3 to Jil Engelmann and Helene Scholsen.
Columbus State (4-4) couldn't turn the tide in singles play as the Buccaneers took all six matches in straight sets. Top-ranked Deniz Khazan was a 6-2, 6-1 at first singles over Abrile, while 15th-ranked Kim Moosbacher took down
Sara Ramirez Goncalves 6-2, 6-0 at the sixth spot. Xiyao Wang picked up a 6-0, 6-1 upset win over 25th-ranked Ramirez at the third position.

Columbus State will have a rematch against the University of West Florida on Saturday, March 12 at the Walden Tennis Center in Columbus. CSU defeated UWF 4-0 at the ITA National Indoor Championship last month.
