2011 (Junior): Competed in all six races for the Lady Cougars in her junior season…Career best time in a 5k came at the JSU Foothills Invitational (10/8) as she crossed the line in 19:51.83 and in 35^th place…Grabbed a top-10 finish at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/10) as she finished in ninth place with a time of 20:36…Finished 43^rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/5) with a time of 23:49.3. 

2010 (Sophomore): Ran in only three races in her sophomore season due to an injury…Finished 13th (21:37) at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/11)…Season best time 21:10 came at the Crimson Classic (9/18).

2009 (Freshman): Placed 22nd at the Peach Belt Championships (11/7) with a 6K time of 25:12...Finished 7th at the Cougar Invitational (10/10) with a 5K time of 20:40.

High School: Graduated from Westover High School in Albany, GA...Member of two-time region championship team in cross country and track...Named Most Valuable Runner in track…Received Coaches Award for cross country…Named fourth on the Westover all-time top-30 runners list.

Personal: Daughter of Jean Flowers and Robert English...Her twin sister, Monique, is also a member of CSU's cross country and track team...Favorite food is Chinese food...Favorite movie is Beauty and the Beast...Favorite screen stars are Tyler Perry and Jada Pinkett-Smith...Enjoys listening to music, and playing video games in her spare time...Would like to spend a day with President Barrack Obama...Never has done but would love to go to Disney World...Favorite pro athlete is Kobe Bryant...Lists her high school coaches as her role models in sports and the most influential people in her life...Lists her mom as her hero…Plans on joining the Air Force after she graduates.
