2013 (Sophomore): Ran in all five races for the Cougars during his sophomore season…Finished second at the JSU Foothills Invitational (10/5)…Finished fourth at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (10/26) posting his best 8k time of the year at 25:02…Ran 13^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/9)…Recorded one other top-10 finish.

2012 (Freshman): Ran in all seven races for the Cougars during his freshman season...Won the JSU Gem of the Hills Invitational (10/5)...Finished second at the PBC Championship (10/20) posting his best 8k time of the year at 25:35...Ran sixth at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/3)...Recorded three other top-10 finishes.

High School: Graduated from D.C. Everest High School in Wausau, WI…Earned two varsity letters under head coach Brad Seeley…Team finished eighth at the state meet in 2011…Holds the school indoor and outdoor two mile records…Also, holds records in the 4x800-meter relay, 4x1600-meter relay and the distance melody relay.
