Columbus State University Athletics

Karan Nalam joined the Columbus State men's golf coaching staff as a graduate assistant in 2025.

During his first season with the Cougars, Nalam helped guide Columbus State to five top-four tournament finishes, including runner-up finishes at the Hurricane Invitational, Southeastern Collegiate and Peach Belt Conference Championship. The Cougars also earned a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional and advanced to match play at the NCAA Division II National Championship after qualifying through stroke play.
