David McMinn is entering his second season as the Director of Golf at Columbus State University, and his seventh season as a coach within the golf program. McMinn previously served as an assistant coach for the men's and women's golf programs for five seasons after he worked as a student assistant and played for Mark Immelman with the CSU men's golf program.
Originally from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, McMinn played collegiate golf in the United States. He started his career at Wayland Baptist University in Texas before wrapping up his time at Columbus State.
McMinn graduated from Columbus State in December of 2014 with his B.B.A. in Marketing and in May 2021 with a Master's of Business Administration.
