Asha Alexander

Asha Alexander is entering her second year as a graduate assistant coach for the Columbus State University women's basketball program during the 2015-16 season. Alexander is in her sixth year overall with the program after completing her four-year playing career in 2014.

Alexander's duties include assisting with the development of guards, recruiting, scouting and game preparation.

During her playing career, Alexander started all but seven games over four years ranking among the top-10 in multiple categories in the CSU record book. She finished her career among the program's leaders in games played, field goals, rebounds and assists.

As a senior, Alexander averaged a career-best 14.1 points per game and was named to the All-Peach Belt Conference third team.

Alexander graduated from Columbus State in May of 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Health. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Public Administration following the Health Services track.
