2014 (Junior): Ran in seven races for the Lady Cougars during her junior season…Finished fourth at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/6) and the Bobcat Invitational (9/12)…Posted one other top-10 finish… Competed at the PBC Championship (11/8) and the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/22).

2013 (Sophomore): Ran in six races for the Cougars during her sophomore season, including the NCAA Division II Championship (11/23)…Recorded one top-25 finish.

2012 (Freshman): Ran in six of seven races for the Lady Cougars during her freshman season...Recorded a season-best fifth-place finish at the Darton Invitational (9/1)...Set her best 6k time of the season at the PBC Championship (10/20) crossing the line in 25:04.

High School: Graduated from Northside High School in Columbus, GA...Three-year letter winner for coaches John Cobis, Teresa Roberts and Joe Sanders…Led team to first region championship in school history in her senior season…Holds school’s 5k record with a time of 19:44…Named to the All-Bi City first team in 2010 and 2011…Was also the Columbus Ledger Enquirer’s female runner of the year in 2010 and 2011. 

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Angela Howard…Favorite food is pasta…Never has but would love to visit Australia some day…Favorite actor is Tom Hanks…Lists her parents as the most influential people in her life…Her father is her hero…Most memorable athletic achievement is helping Northside win its first region championship…Has volunteered with the Columbus Youth Soccer Association and the Soldier Marathon.
