Kansas City, Mo. - Honors continue to mount for a quintet of players on the fourth-ranked Columbus State University women's soccer team, who were all named to the NSCAA/Continental Tire All-Southeast Region teams, announced by the organization on Tuesday.

Nicole Corcione, Kelsey Pelletier and Maylyn Parsons were voted to the first team, while Casey Davis received a second team nod and Shelby Rolling earned third team honors.

The Lady Cougars' three first-teamers were tops in the Southeast Region, while their five selections overall were matched only by Wingate. This group of five also received All-Region recognition from the Daktronics teams.

Breaking tradition by avoiding a sophomore slump, Corcione performed at an All-Conference and All-Region level after her PBC Freshman of the Year showing in 2013. The Candler, N.C. native led CSU in assists and points and tied for the team lead in goals. Six of Corcione's nine goals came down the stretch, as she scored three goals in the final two regular season matches and added three more in the postseason. Corcione tallied the only goal in Columbus State's PBC Tournament-winning match against North Georgia, as well as the lone goal in the NCAA quarterfinals at Rollins.

A formidable presence between the posts, Parsons had the best season of any Southeastern goalkeeper. The sophomore allowed just 11 goals in nearly 1,900 minutes of action, leading the Peach Belt Conference in goals allowed, goals-against average, save percentage and shutouts. The Greenville, S.C. native earned All-Conference nods during a season in which she was the only goalkeeper to hold Rollins scoreless and one of two to keep North Georgia, Lenoir-Rhyne and Wingate off the board.

Pelletier's final collegiate season was her best in a Lady Cougar uniform. The senior set career highs in goals (nine) and assists (six), tying for the team lead in goals. The Duluth, Ga. native stepped up in numerous clutch situations, scoring the only goal in CSU's regular season win at North Georgia and sending the team past Wingate in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with a double-overtime strike. She also set up the only goal against Rollins in the NCAA quarterfinals with an assist.

A four-year contributor, Davis completed her Lady Cougar career by anchoring a defense as strong as any in the country. CSU pitched 14 shutouts on the season, including three against Division II's two best scoring teams. Davis and the back line strung together three postseason shutouts in a row by blanking North Georgia, Wingate and Lenoir-Rhyne. The second-team selection along with first-team All-Conference and Daktronics All-Region nods are the first postseason awards for the Boca Raton, Fla. native.

Rolling's junior season earned her All-Region honors for the third consecutive season. The Stayner, Ontario native served as CSU's linchpin in the midfield, setting up scores of offensive chances and helping the Lady Cougars keep countless opponents off the scoreboard. The Lady Cougars' 14 shutouts led the PBC for the ninth time in 10 years. Rolling joins her four teammates as first-team All-PBC selections.
