COLUMBUS – Inclement weather around the Columbus area has forced the cancellation of Thursday's doubleheader for the Columbus State University softball team against Albany State.
 
The two games will not be made up.
 
The Lady Cougars will finish off the regular season with a road doubleheader at Georgia College on Saturday. The two teams enter the weekend in a tie for second place in the Peach Belt Conference standings. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. in Milledgeville.
