COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University Athletic Fund is holding its second annual Pheasant Shoot on Friday, Dec. 6.

The event will be held once again at the Barley J Hunter Preserve in Union Springs, Ala. 

The shoot, which will be in the European style, will last approximately two hours with two shooting times. The morning session will begin at 8 a.m. with registration, followed by a 45-minute practice session. The afternoon shoot will start with registration at 1 p.m.

Lunch will be provided at noon regardless of what session you are participating in. Shooters are recommended to bring a 12-gauge shotgun, modified chock, and four boxes of 12-gauge #6 shotgun shells. Blaze orange clothing is required. 

Places are limited in both sessions so act today. A two-man team, which includes a gift, costs $650. Station sponsorships are also available beginning at $250.
