"We haven't quite played our best basketball of the season yet so however we can get a win we'll take it," said head coach
Anita Howard. "We had to switch things up a bit when our point guard went down and it got a little ugly at the end but we're young and I was proud of us for finishing things out."
Â
Tatiana Wayne paced all scorers Wednesday with 20 points after going 7-for-16 from the field, including a 3-for-5 mark from beyond the arc. It was the seventh time this season that the senior reached the 20-point plateau. Williamson had 18 off the bench for CSU.

Early in the second quarter, the Bobcats went up 21-17 after hitting another one from downtown with 6:41 showing on the clock. On the next trip down the court, a
Khari Jernigan jumper started an 8-2 run for CSU that put the Lady Cougars ahead 25-23.
