• The Lady Cougar offense was explosive on Saturday as CSU scored a season-high 86 points. Freshman Olonna Rawls and senior Chrisalyn Boston both scored 19 to lead the way.
• Boston continues to impress for CSU on both sides of the floor. The Winston-Salem, N.C. native recorded her fourth double-double in five games against the Mountain Lions. She added three steals and a block on the defensive end. Boston is second in the Peach Belt Conference in rebounds (11.0 rebs/g), third in blocks/g (2.6) and third in shooting (52.9%).
• Columbus State has used the same starting five in every game this year. All five, Boston, Aryan Dozier, Rawls, Jurnee Smith and Emilia Tenbrock, are averaging at least nine points per game.
• In five games, Rawls is leading the PBC by averaging 37 minutes per game. The freshman didn't leave the court against YHC on Saturday, the second time this year she has played 40 or more minutes in a game.
• Freshman Amber Abusbeih has scored in double figures in back-to-back games following her season-high 15 points on Saturday. She added five steals to go along with two assists and a block.
• Monday's game is just the second road game of the year for Columbus State. The Lady Cougars won 75-71 in overtime at UNC Pembroke to begin the season.
