COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University women's soccer team will not make the trip to Americus, Ga. on Monday, March 15, after announcing its match with Georgia Southwestern State University has been postponed.
The seventh-ranked Lady Cougars will now shift their focus to a top-25 showdown against No. 22 North Georgia on Thursday, March 18. The key Peach Belt Conference match will kick off at 5 p.m. at the Walden Soccer Complex.
CSU is 4-0-1 during the 2021 season and is coming off a 3-1 road victory over UNC Pembroke on Thursday. The Lady Cougars are unbeaten over their last 13 regular-season matches.
