COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University women's soccer team is set to host USC Aiken on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. at the Walden Soccer Complex. It is Columbus State's homecoming game and the women's soccer team's senior day.
The day will be filled with many activities for fans and community members to enjoy. Starting off in the morning the CSU Athletic Hall of Fame will induct four new members into the club at 11 a.m. There will also be a student tailgate at the soccer field starting at noon.
CSU will recognize soccer alumni for head Coach
Jay Entlich's 20 year coaching celebration, as well as the hall of fame inductees prior to the match. During halftime, the 2023 Homecoming Court will be announced and following the game the 2023 CSU women's soccer seniors will be recognized.
HISTORY
The Cougars are 20-0 against the Pacers with an 11-0 record at the Walden Soccer Complex. Most recently, CSU beat USC Aiken 6-0 in Aiken, S.C. on Oct. 15, 2022.
