AUBURN, Ala. - The Columbus State University women's basketball team will face off in an exhibition game against Division I Auburn University on Thursday, Nov. 2 at 8 p.m. est. The Lady Cougars will play at Auburn University's Neville Arena, where entry is free for all fans. 

"Auburn is a great game for us to see how we fare with such a good program and also to see what is on the horizon for Columbus State University women's basketball," stated head coach Matt Houser.  

The Lady Cougars are coming off of a 15-12 overall record and 9-9 PBC record from the 2022-2023 season. Senior Olonna Rawls was named to the Preseason All-Conference Team earlier today. As a team the Lady Cougars were ranked second with 61 overall points in the PBC Preseason Poll. 

Auburn University had a 16-15 record overall and were 5-11 in SEC play in their most recent 2022-2023 season.
