DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Columbus State University men's basketball team will travel to Daytona Beach, Fla. for the 2023 Bahama House Classic hosted by Embry-Riddle University on Dec. 16-17. 

The Cougars will play Embry-Riddle on Saturday at 7 p.m. and finish the tournament with Palm Beach Atlantic University on Sunday at 2 p.m. The tournament page can be found here and lists the schedule, results and links to the live video and statistics.

SCOUTING EMBRY-RIDDLE

• The Eagles are 6-2 and 1-1 in the Sunshine State Conference (SSC)
• Five players average in double-digits in scoring with Dru Nickson and Cameron Shockley-Okeke averaging over 13 points per game
• Danny Sully averages 9.4 rebounds per game

SCOUTING PALM BEACH ATLANTIC

• The Sailfish post a 7-2 record and are 2-1 in the SSC
• Four Sailfish average in double-digits in scoring and Dan Braster leads the team with 14.9 points per game
• Braster also leads the team in rebounds with 8.1 per game, while Grant Ledford averages 7.0

ABOUT COLUMBUS STATE

• The Cougars are 4-3 overall and are looking to break the two-game loss streak
• Jarrett Adderton leads CSU in scoring average with 15.9 and Wisdom Uboh averages 12.9 points per game
• On the boards, Jehloni James averages 7.0 rebounds per game and Marquis Davison averages 5.9
