DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The Columbus State University women's basketball team fell to Peach Belt Conference rival the University of North Georgia 87-59 Saturday afternoon inside the UNG Convocation Center. The Lady Cougars drop to 14-10 (8-8 PBC) and the Nighthawks improve to 17-8 (9-7 PBC).
North Georgia outscored Columbus State in every period except the fourth, where CSU scored 24 points and held UNG to 20 points.
NOTES:
- Emilia Tenbrock led CSU, scoring 18 points and grabbing eight rebounds
- Letiya Reeves scored 13 points, shooting a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line
- Olonna Rawls tallied 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds
- CSU shot 33.3 percent from the field, 6.3 percent from three-point range and 71.4 percent in free-throws
