COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University women's basketball team dropped a Peach Belt Conference game 66-52 to the University of South Carolina Aiken Wednesday night inside the Frank G. Lumpkin, Jr. Center. The Lady Cougars fall to 14-11 (8-9 PBC) and the Pacers improve to 17-10 (11-6 PBC).
After leading USC Aiken 20-12 after the first period of play, the Lady Cougars couldn't find the strength to outscore the Pacers the rest of the game. USC Aiken shot 44.3 percent from the field, whereas CSU shot 26 percent.Â
NOTES:
- Olonna Rawls led CSU with 17 points, shooting 55.5 percent (5-for-9) from the field and 78 percent (7-for-9) from the free-throw line. She also added seven rebounds and three steals
- Emilia Tenbrock tallied nine points and seven rebounds
- Amber Abusbeih scored eight points and grabbed four steals
- Letiya Reeves added six points and five steals
- Jillian Bretz posted six points

Columbus State will play the final game of the regular-season on Saturday, Feb. 25 against PBC rival Georgia College inside the Lumpkin Center. Tip off is set for 1:30 p.m.
