ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The No. 8 ranked Cougars of Columbus State University, defeat the No. 14 ranked Saints of Flagler College at the Flagler Tennis Center with a score of 5-2.
Singles:
- Santiago Perez defended his spot at number one singles defeating his competition, N. Tatyanin to a score of 6-2, 6-2.
- At number two singles, Javier Cueto Ramos took down J. Denitto of the Saints to a score of 6-2, 6-4.
- Winning his match at number five singles, Armin Trklja defeated P. Parson with a score of 6-2, 6-3.
- Justin Welz won his match 4-6, 6-2, 10-5 taking down J. Ong-Patzwald at number six singles.
Doubles:
- Tommaso Schold and S. Perez defended the number one doubles slot defeating the team of N. Tatyanin and J. Ong-Patzwald with a final score of 6-2.
- At number two doubles, Pietro Martinetti and J. Cueto Ramos won with a score of 6-2 taking down P. Lemken and P. Parson of the Saints.
- Andrea Sandrone and Felix Steen rounded out the Cougars win colum in doubles play defeating J. Denitto and P. Cervinka with a final score of 6-3.
