COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University women's basketball team took down the Saints of Flagler College this evening 62-54 inside the Lumpkin Center. With the win, Columbus State improves to 8-7 overall (4-3 PBC), and Flagler College drops to 7-10 overall (2-5 PBC).
Jasmine Rai Stevens led the Lady Cougars with 15 points and shot 54.5 percent (6-11) from the field. Bre'lyn Snipes followed right behind with 10 points and nine rebounds on the night.
As a team, Columbus State was 34.8 percent (23-66) from the field, 20.0 percent (5-25) from the three-point line, and 64.7 percent (11-17) from the charity stripe.
