COLUMBUS - The Columbus State University softball team is set to host Peach Belt Conference foe Georgia College & State University for a three-game series at Cougar Field this weekend.

History
The Cougars hold a 19-13 record over the Bobcats and post a one-game winning streak, beating GCSU earlier in the season in a non-PBC game 9-0. In 2023, the Bobcats took two of three games from the Cougars in Milledgeville. At Cougar Field, CSU is 13-5 against GCSU.

- The Bobcats fell twice to Flagler College last weekend, collecting their first two PBC losses
- Kam Caldwell leads the Bobcats with a .458 avg and eight doubles, while Jessica Owens records 16 RBIs, and Enily Hobbs and Divina Checo each post four homers
