Miller Earns Second PBC Player of the Week Award

Brooke Miller earns her second PBC Player of the Week award following her outstanding performance against Valdosta State and Augusta University.

AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference announced Columbus State softball's Brooke Miller as the PBC Player of the Week on Monday, March 18.

The senior from Suwanee went 7-for-16 at the plate, hitting .437 in this past week's games. The slugger finished with 14 RBIs, one bases-clearing triple, three home runs—one of which was a grand slam—and four runs scored in five games played.

Miller is atop multiple leader categories in the conference, including first in home runs (14) and first in runs batted in (50). She also ranks first with a .952 slugging percentage and second with a 1.424 OPS.

Not only does the senior top the conference in numerous categories, but she is also second in the nation in home runs with 14 this season.
