COLUMBUS, Ga. | Columbus State University freshman Shaun Williams was named the Peach Belt Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after capturing his second consecutive individual title.

Williams won the men's 8K at the UNG Cross Country Invitational with a time of 27:50.6, crossing the finish line first for the second straight week after also winning the Willie Laster Invitational.

His performance helped lead the Cougars to a second-place team finish with 65 points.
