Biography

2011: Competed in five events in her junior season…Was the main discus and javelin thrower for the Lady Cougars…Set career best marks in the discus (21.25 meters) and the javelin (35.61 meters) at the Georgia Tech Invitational (3/18)….Finished in third place at the Emory Classic (3/26) in the javelin throw.

2010: Competed in many different field events for the Lady Cougars…Threw the javelin 35.10 meters at the Emory Invitational (3/19).

High School: Graduated from Smiths Station High in Smiths, AL...Ran one season for the Panthers...Also cheered and played softball in high school. 

Personal: Daughter of Ken and Pam Ryals...Favorite food is steak...Favorite movie is I am Legend...Enjoys fishing and softball in her spare time...Would love to spend a day with Jesus Christ...Never has but would love to go skydiving one day...Lists her parents as having the most influence on her life......Favorite professional athlete is Shawn Johnson...Most memorable moment in sports was winning Cheersport for her high school in 2009.
