2012 (Sophomore): Ran in five of seven races for the Lady Cougars as a sophomore...Captured sixth at the Darton Invitational (9/1)...Set her best 6k mark of 24:57 at the PBC Championship (10/20).

2011 (Freshman): Competed in all six races for the Lady Cougars in her freshman season…Career best time in a 5k came at the JSU Foothills Invitational (10/8) as she crossed the line in 20:02.21 and in 41^st place…Finished eighth at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/10) with a time of 20:31.4…Crossed the line in 24:50.21 and in 24^th place at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (10/21)…Named to the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll. 

High School: Graduated from Smiths Station High School in Smiths Station, AL…Ran four years for Coach Adonica Ferguson and Cassidy Stecenko…Named to the All Bi-City Team a combined seven times for cross country and track…Named Wendy’s Heisman School Winner…Her career best high school 5K time is 20:22. 

Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Maria Usher…Favorite movie is Pearl Harbor…Likes to take pictures and sleep in her spare time…Never has but would like to travel the globe some day…Lists her high school coach Adonica Ferguson as her hero…Plans on becoming a pediatrician after she graduates.
