2012 (Redshirt-Junior): Ran in all seven meets for the Lady Cougars in her junior season...Won the season opening Darton Invitational (9/1) with a 5k time of 20:21...Finished fourth at the Mercer Invitational (9/15), second at the Montevallo Invitational (9/22) and sixth at the JSU Gem of the Hills Invitational (10/5)...Posted her fastest 6k time of 23:00 at the PBC Championship (10/20) crossing the line in fifth...Ran 10th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/3).

2011 (Redshirt-Sophomore): Competed in all six races for the Lady Cougars in her sophomore season…Finished in fourth place at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (10/10) crossing the line in 20:12.3…Career best time in a 5k came at the JSU Foothills Invitational (10/8) as she finished the race in 19:28 and in 23^rd place…Finished eighth at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (10/21) with a time of 24:09.57 to grab her second career second team All-PBC honor…Crossed the line in 29^th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/5) with a time of 23:23.3. 

2010 (Redshirt-Freshman): Ran in all seven races in her freshman season…Finished in sixth place (20:45) at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/11)…Season best time in a 5K came at both the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic (10/2) and the Royal Cross County Challenge (10/15) with a time of 20:05…Crossed the line in 10th place (25:23) at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (11/6).

2009 (Freshman): Missed the 2009 cross country season due to injury. Redshirted.

High School: Graduated from Westover High School in Albany, GA...Member of two-time region championship team in cross country and track...Named Albany Herald Runner of the Year her senior year...Rated the third runner on the all-time Westover High's top-30 list...Most Valuable Runner in cross country and track in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Jean Flowers and Robert English...Her twin sister, Moneka, is also a member of CSU's cross country and track team...Favorite food is anything her mom cooks...Favorite actor is Will Smith...Enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, and playing video games in her spare time...Never has done but would love to visit every U.S. state...Favorite pro athlete is Kobe Bryant...Lists her high school coaches as her role models in sports and most influential people in her life...Lists her mom as her hero…Chose CSU to run for J.D.
