2015 (Junior): Played in 29 of 30 matches for the Lady Cougars…Led the team with 392 digs and averaged 3.88 per set, both of which ranked in the top 15 in the conference…Became the first player in program history to reach 1,000 career digs, doing so at UNC Pembroke (11/13)…Recorded double-digit digs in 22 matches…Tied her own program record with 30 digs against Montevallo (10/13)...Also added 59 assists.
 
2014 (Sophomore): Was one of the three players to play in all 29 matches and 117 sets…In those, assisted her fellow Lady Cougars 56 times…Dominated the team in digs at 457 and 3.91 digs per set, ranking in the top 10 in the Peach Belt Conference in both categories…Leads all-time Cougar ranks in digs per set as well, reaching for the 3.33 average…Finished with double-digit digs in 26 of 29 matches, including a program record of 30 at Georgia College (9/30).
 
2013 (Freshman): Played in 73 sets of 21 matches with a mid-season stint at the libero position…Averaged 2.40 digs per set…Made double-digit digs in eight straight matches with a career-high 25 in the win at Lander, the second most digs in a match from any Lady Cougar on the season…Led the team in digs in four matches.
 
High School: Helped lead her team to the State Championship in 2010 and 2008...The Knights were 2009 State Runner Up...Selected All-Region and All-State her junior and senior seasons...Set the school record for most digs...Had her jersey number retired.
 
Personal: Daughter of Andy and Kathy Merritt...Has nine brothers and sisters...Traveled to Romania for mission trips on five occasions...Favorite movie is While You Were Sleeping...Favorite food is mashed potatoes.
