2011 (Junior): Competed in all seven races for the Cougars in his junior season…Finished 10^th at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (10/21) with a time of 27:11.36 earning a spot on the All-PBC second team…Season best time came at the JSU Foothills Invitational (10/8) as he crossed the line in 26:54.35 for 11^th place…Finished in 34^th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/5) with a time of 33:09…In the classroom, he was named to the PBC Presidential Honor Roll, PBC All-Academic Team and the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

2010 (Sophomore): Ran in all eight races in his sophomore season…Finished in sixth place (28:53) at the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/11)…Career best time of 26:29 in a 8K came at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic…Finished in 15th place (26:53) at the Peach Belt Conference Championship…Named to PBC All-Academic Team…Member of the USTFCCCAA All-Academic Team.

2009 (Freshman): Finished seventh at the 2009 Cougar Invitational (10/10) with an 8K time of 26:50...Placed 16th at the Peach Belt Championship with an 8K time of 27:48… Member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic team and the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll.

High School: Graduated from Smiths Station High...Was an All-State member for cross country in his senior year... Named AAU National All-American.

Personal: Son of Bruce and Janie Henderson...Favorite food is Italian...Favorite movie is Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows...Favorite actor is Johnny Depp...Enjoys spending time with friends, swimming, and playing Ultimate Frisbee in his spare time...Never has but would love to go skydiving some day..Lists his parents as his heroes and the most influential people in his life...Plans to attend graduate school for physical therapy after graduation.
