2012 (Sophomore): Ran all seven races for the Cougars as a sophomore...Won the first two races of the year capturing the Darton Invitational (9/1) and the Mercer Invitational (9/15)...Finished runner-up at the Montevallo Invitational (9/22) and the JSU Gem of the Hills Invitational (10/5)...Placed top-10 at the PBC Championship (10/20) and NCAA Southeast Regional (11/17)...Set his best 8k time of the season at the Darton Invitational crossing the line in 25:34.

2011 (Freshman): Competed in five races for the Cougars in his freshman season…Season best time and finish came at the Peach Belt Conference Championship as he finished in 32nd place with a time of 28:37.55…Named to the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll. 

High School: Graduated from Meteitei Boy’s School in Rift Valley, Kenya…Ran two seasons for Coach Paul Nhetich.
