Andrew Manas is entering his second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Columbus State University men's basketball program in 2020-21.
Manas comes to the Cougars after spending the 2018-19 season serving as the Director of Basketball Operations and Video Coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
While at UT Martin, Manas handled many responsibilities including coordinating all game and practice video, assisting with academics, planning team travel, and helping develop scouting reports.
Manas also spent four seasons at Bowling Green State University serving as the co-head manager. In addition to overseeing 17 student-managers, Manas generated shot charts, tracked statistical data, worked daily with video software, and assisted with player development.
Beyond the collegiate level, Manas worked with Wise Basketball Training and Hoop Group Elite. At Wise, he aided with the development of several athletes including Naz Reid, Chris Silva, and Kahlil Whitney. With Hoop Group Elite, Manas was charged with maintaining and finding new campers and worked AAU Tournaments.
He has also worked numerous camps for Division I programs around the country including Duke University, University of Kentucky, Mississippi State University, and SMU.
A native of Parlin, N.J., Manas graduated from Bowling Green with a degree in sports management in 2018.
