2011: Competed in eight events in her sophomore season…Ran in all long distance races…Set career highs in the 1,5000-meter run (5:26.58) and the 400-meter relay (4:36.23) at the Adonica Relays (2/26)…Broke career best mark in the 3,000-meter run at the Tiger Track Classic (4/2) posting a time of 11:15.12…Set a career high in the 5,000-meter run at the Auburn Invitational (4/16) crossing the line in 19:21.87.  

2010: Ran in mostly long distance races for the Lady Cougars in her freshman season…Season best time 1,500-meter run came at the Peach Belt Challenge (4/10) as she finished the race in 21:02.68…Set a career best time of 1:05.26 in the 400-meter run at the Peach Belt Challenge.

High School: Graduated from Westover High in Albany, GA...Member of two-time region championship teams in cross country and track...Named Most Valuable in Track and Most valuable Runner in high school...Received Coaches Award.

Personal: Daughter of Jean Flowers and Robert English...Her twin sister, Moneque, is also a member of CSU's cross country and track team...Favorite food is Chinese food...Favorite movie is Love & Basketball...Favorite screen stars are Tyler Perry and Jada Pinkett-Smith...Enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, and playing video games in her spare time...Would like to spend a day with President Barrack Obama...Never has done but would love to go to Disney World...Favorite pro athlete is Kobe Bryant...Lists her high school coaches as her role models in sports and having the most influence on her life...Lists her mom as her hero.
