COLUMBUS – The Columbus State University men's cross country team took fourth place on Saturday at the Peach Belt Conference Championship. The meet was held at Stewart Field on Fort Benning.

The Cougars narrowly missed out on a top-three finish, amassing 80 team points. Augusta (23) ran away from the field for the conference title. UNC Pembroke (66) finished second, while Georgia College (78) just edged out the Cougars for third.

A trio of Cougars wrapped up All-PBC honors with top-15 showings on Saturday.

Noah Hollis was the first Cougar across the line, posting a time of 25:31.2 on the 8k course. The sophomore took home 10
th place overall.
Austin Kidd fell in right behind his teammate, taking 11
th in 25:33.9.

Charles Asouzu captured All-Conference recognition as well, finishing 15
th in 25:54.4.

Wright Calhoun (26:10.2) and
Isaac Krumm (26:47.0) wrapped up the team scoring portion for the Cougars as the duo finished 20
th and 24
th, respectively.

th) added two more Cougars in the top 30.
