GREENVILLE, Tenn. – The eighth-ranked Columbus State University women's soccer team rolled past Tusculum 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon. The nonconference match was played in Greenville, Tenn.

The victory in the 10th straight for Columbus State (13-1-0), marking the fourth consecutive season with a winning streak of at least 10 matches.

"Today was a good result," head coach Jay Entlich said. "Tusculum is a talented team and we put together a pretty strong performance on the road."

It was familiar faces tallying the goals for the Lady Cougars on Wednesday, as CSU's top three leading scorers all got on the board at least once.

Riley Clark started the scoring in the first half taking a throw in from Olivia Jarrell. Clark touched it to herself, spun around and crushed a shot into the top of the net from the top of the box for her 13th goal of the season.

Despite 12 first half shots, the Lady Cougars would lead just 1-0 at the half. However, that would quickly change in the second half.

Jarrell dribbled the ball down the right flank in the 50th minute of the contest before crossing a pass on the ground into the center of the box. Cassandra Wade would get on the end of it and beat the keeper to double the lead. The goal was the 10th of the year for the senior.

Less than two minutes later, Clark got loose in the box again and fired a shot at the net that was saved, but Jarrell was there to clean up the rebound and spread the margin to three.

Jarrell wasn't done though, dribbling nearly 40 yards with the ball before slotting home her second goal into the right side of the net. The junior now has five multi-goal contests on the season and leads the Lady Cougars with 15 goals overall.

Bria Riancho saved the four shots on goal from Tusculum (10-5-0) to pick up her third shutout of the season.

Columbus State will wrap up the regular season on Saturday with a trip to Georgia College. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Milledgeville, Ga.
