CSU has now won 32 straight regular-season matches dating back to 2019.

COLUMBUS - The top-ranked Columbus State University men's tennis team won its second match in as many days as the Cougars downed Point University 7-0 on Monday. The non-conference match took place at the John W. Walden Tennis Center.

With the win, the Cougars improve to 16-0 on the year and increase their regular-season winning streak to 32 matches.

CSU didn't drop more than three games in any of the doubles matches on Monday to gain the early point. The second-ranked duo of Alvaro Regalado and Javier Cueto Ramos had the most dominant win out of the Cougar tandems after racing by Gray Walker and Julien Pereira 6-1. At second doubles, Felix Steen and Christian Garay were 6-3 winners over Gavin Thomas and Guido Luna. Pietro Martinetti and Tommaso Schold capped off the sweep in doubles play with a 6-2 decision over Trey Maust and Santiago Speranza.
