COLUMBUS - Columbus State University head baseball coach Greg Appleton announced schedule changes for the season-opening series at the University of West Alabama this weekend. 

The Cougars and Tigers will now begin their three-game series with a Saturday doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. (eastern). The two sides were originally set to play on Friday, but rain has forced the change. CSU and UWA will wrap up the series on Sunday at 2 p.m.
