Lady Cougar Soccer Suffers 1-0 Loss on Road

Embry-Riddle scored a late second-half goal to grab the win.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The 15th-ranked Columbus State University women's soccer team fell 1-0 in its first road test of the season at Embry-Riddle University Friday.

SCORING BREAKDOWN
• The only goal came late in the match as Grace Foyer headed one home off a corner kick in 71st minute. Isabelle Navren was credited with the assist on the game-winning goal.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• CSU (2-1) outshot the Eagles 11-5, but ERAU had a 7-5 edge in shots on goal
Anna Grady had four of CSU's 11 shots
• Foyer had three shots on goal for Embry-Riddle
• Oona Jokinen made five saves in the shutout in net
