#6 Men's Tennis Falls to #4 Flagler

The Cougars lost 0-4 to Flagler Sunday in the third place match at the Indoor National Championship.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The No. 6 Columbus State men's tennis team lost to No. 4 Flagler College in the third place match of the ITA Indoor National Championship on Sunday.

  • #4, #2 and #1 singles players for Flagler defeated Columbus State's 
  • Thomas Cardona went into three sets in #3 singles until it went unfinished
  • Andreas Sandrone also went into three sets in #5 before being unfinished
  • In #6 singles, Benedek Szombathelyi lost in three sets, unfinished
