AUGUSTA, Ga. - Columbus State University Men's Cross Country was selected third in the Peach Belt Conference preseason poll as voted upon by conference coaches.
 
The PBC released the poll on Monday morning with the Cougars receiving 45 points to land third. Columbus State finished third at the PBC Championship for the second straight season in 2023 and produced a second straight top-10 finish at the NCAA Southeast Regionals. CSU will be led by four returning seniors in Blake Lewis, Nicholas Phillips, Elijah Sires, and McDonald Tandoh.
 
CSU is prepping for the season opener at the GMC Brickyard Invitational hosted by Georgia Military on Sept. 6 in Milledgeville, Ga.
