CSU moves to 3-3 on the season

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – Columbus State University baseball finished the weekend in Young Harris, Ga. with a Sunday afternoon meeting against #16 Young Harris.

Miller led the way with a double before a single from Cole Eison. Cody Ferguson homered to left for three runs scored, cutting the deficit down to four.

Singles from Cayden Evans and Bryce Knox continued to place pressure on the hosts until Warrick Wilmot and Ian King notched RBI singles to move the score to 7-5. Unfortunately, YHC managed to shut the Cougars out in the ninth inning to secure the two-run lead for the win.
