AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2024-25 Women's Basketball All-Conference Awards on Thursday morning, as selected by the league's coaches.
Olonna Rawls highlighted with Defensive Player of the Year honors while the Lady Cougars were recognized with three All-PBC selections.
Defensive Player of the Year – Olonna Rawls
Rawls led the league in steals for the season and was crucial in CSU's turnover margin of 9.00, which ranked sixth in NCAA Division II. She earns the third PBC Defensive POY award in program history and the first since Alexis Carter in 2017.
Olonna has averaged 3.0 steals per contest for a total of 81 this season. She also has gathered 181 rebounds for an average of 6.7 rebounds per game which was fourth in the league. In addition, Rawls earned Second-Team All-PBC honors this season as one of CSU's leading performers on both ends of the floor. She averaged 12.9 ppg for nearly 350 points shooting for nearly 40% from the field.
First-Team All-PBC – Letiya Reeves
Letiya led CSU as the main scorer, averaging 15.6 ppg while shooting for 36.3% from the field, 24.7% from three, and 83.3% from the foul line. She gathered 109 rebounds for an average of 4.0 per game while adding 44 assists, 68 steals, and 14 blocks. Reeves also marked 14 games with 15 or more points and nine with 20-plus.
Second-Team All-PBC – Bre'lyn Snipes
Bre'lyn was a stalwart for CSU, averaging 14.6 points per contest and averaging 4.7 rebounds per game as well. Snipes has averaged 44.9% from the field, 32.8% from three, and 71.2% from the foul line. Bre'lyn marked 21 games in double-digit points, scoring 15-plus in 12 contests.
